I'm no cuk but I like this charger. I bought one before when it was on sale. Works well so far! Long lasting.

The most important detail about this charger is that it is PPS, Samsung's charging protocol for Super Fast Charging mode (up to 45 watts.)

the ad said Cuk refers to the cuk converter used in their product proposed in 1976.

I only click on Cuktech posts anymore for the comments. I don't even know if their products are good but it would be nice if they are because this is a solid price for 20,000mAh

Of all the hilarious offshore seller names on Amazon, this one takes the prize laugh out loud
They claim the naming idea comes from Slobodan Ćuk, the inventor of Ćuk converter. Still a funny name nevertheless. Also among other rando fake Chinese brands on Amazon, Cuktech is actually the legit successor of ZMI, an affiliate funded by Xiaomi as a supplier of their power banks.

So... does that mean this is actually a reliable product and not going to burn my house down?

Legitimate question, btw. I'm always nervous about random brand powerbanks.

Weight 1.1 lbs.

Weighs about 50% more than the INIU 65W ultra compact.

Have both. This works, but it's ridiculously heavy.

For power banks and chargers, I'd say it's a quite popular brand among the tech-savvy and geek user groups in China, sometimes to an even cult-ish extend. Besides Anker, it's like one of the other major brands along with Ugreen, baseus, etc. Definitely not a "random" brand that's for sure.

They are originally ZMI, a sub brand from Xiaomi, someone registered ZMI brand ahead of them, so they had to change to CukTech. I think Xiaomi still owns part of it, their name sounds very stupid and I have no idea why they pick this name..

Well, did you buy it? If, in part, due to the name (consciously in your mind or maybe subconsciously let's say), then 'Cu(c)k Tech' definitely served its purpose 😂
