I have the one that's similar with the octagon bezel. I love it but haven't worn it for a bit because the battery died.

$90 is excellent for a stylish, name-brand / non-Chinese watch with a sapphire crystal.

48mm case diameter is on the high end of watch sizes and won't look good on some people. If not for the size, I'd probably buy one.

I don't do watches that need batteries. When you get to 10 or more in a modest collection, you become a slave to replacing the batteries. I stick to solar and automatics. That said, with a actual sapphire crystal this is a good deal.

Nice. Great gift for my friend. Only metals that won't make his skin break out are gold, silver and stainless steel.

Edifice is a great line but holy hell, 48mm? This would be an instant buy for me at 10mm smaller

48mm is wild for this thing. Most watches (for men) are between 36-42mm. Lug to lug is also important, but I can't even imagine what it is for this.

It seems to hit this price often from different vendors, but doesn't seem to go lower.
I was able to combine it with the $10 off $75 Discover promo, though, so ordered.
My second Casio. My watch collection has begun!

If you look at youtube reviews the measurements are actually smaller - more like 42mm.

Well... sunbathing eco drives happens more often than battery changes in my experience. I have a luminox but it uses a big 2030 battery and lasts 10 years. My eco drives never miss a beat but still if you don't give it some sun they loose capacity to charge.
Automatics are cool... but I dread the day I need to pay to service it.
