Don't have a GameStop near me for pick up.

I would buy 3 to get free ship and return the other two later, but total is only $75 and has to be $79. (it's like they know..) Oh well, not meant to be.

I got this during the black friday sale and had a ton of points so got it for pretty cheap. It's not bad. Kinda slow, but not a terrible game.

I've been getting it for a while too.

I use Firefox, and suspect it's an add-on, but don't know which yet...

Works fine in Google Chrome and Firefox without any add-ons.

Most likely you have an auto-reload script for scalping in your greasemonkey or equivalent. Works fine for me, and I use a well-known VPN tunneling from NYC and have AdBlock and PopUpOff.

That's very presumptuous, rude, and baseless of you to say. Scalpers are Scum.

The closest thing I have to that is a script that fixes Google's new incredibly annoying search, where it retains your misspelling in the search bar after selecting to search with the correct spelling. I've already found disabling this makes no difference.

Also, you should move away from AdBlock Plus; they are sketchy now and have betrayed the community at large. uBlock Origin is the current flavor of the day.

I have had this happen randomly as well.....it's a server issue.
And* you're right....very presumptuous and rude. But this is the internet, people think have more confidence than they would IRL.

I was able to stack this with the $10 off data breach voucher they put in many of our accounts. It says in store only but the code worked just fine for an online order to be picked up at the store. Ended up about $16 after tax.
Link of other post on $10 voucher for reference:

The store availability checker is pretty inaccurate. I went to my local Gamestop to ask about this game and they had multiple new copies but the website doesn't even list the store.

Used copies in store are about $22 as seen on the website. It's worth buying used if you don't care about the case. I hate how the used gamestop cases look so I never buy used unless I can see in person it has the original case
