I just purchased a new unit for $230 couple of weeks ago and I must say it didn't meet my expectations. First it only supports a single map for one level. So useless for 2-story home. It does ok cleaning carpets but not mopping. I'm actually considering returning it.

I mean for $130 and those are your only two issues, sounds solid to me. I wouldn't expect it to do mopping well for that price point an I'd buy two for two stories so you're not having to physically move it up and down daily.

It doesn't work with Google Home anymore as of a few months ago. When I emailed support about it, they just sent back a generic auto response.

This exact one was on Woot for $100 about 6 weeks back. I got one but didn't use it for a month and cannot return it.

This thing is horrible. Getting it connected to Wi-Fi and mapping will take some time. My issue is that gives me a message every single day that the machine cannot empty because something it stuck. Also, it can only do 1 scheduled cleaning per day. It doesn't connect to the docking station correctly on my carpet. It almost reaches and stops short. It also gives me another message every single cleaning that the dustbin is not installed.

I have another Shark when self empty bin and without the mop, and that thing is a workhorse. Hence, I got a second one thinking it would be better for the upstairs. Boy, was I wrong.
