Season 20 was one of the weaker ones but the other seasons have a lot of great episodes.

This covers right up to where the show started to fall off. Sure, some funny moments here or there int he 20s, but seasons 1-18 or so are gold. I think in the final analysis, they got more 5-star seasons than the Simpsons did.

Not true at all - the past 10-12 seasons of The Simpsons have been really good - inteliigent and fun epsiodes that get lost in a sea of other shows and movies. Great SP episodes are incredible but bad ones, of which there are many of, are terrible - SP has some moments of brilliance and when it works it's amazing
