Still the only semi-appropriately-priced 5070 I've seen, although 9070 XT for ~$100 more remains a smarter buy despite the price differential.

Are you basing 9070xt as a smarter buy with 16gb ram? Benchmark show roughly a 6% performance loss and the TDP is 304W vs 250W compared to 5070.

9070 XT is comparable to the 5070 TI, so it doesn't make much sense to compare the TDP to the base 5070
