It's a frequently returned item and mixed reviews on quality and zipper but most people agree on that it's a full size luggage in a backpack form. I am giving it a try as we have until Jan 31st to return.

Saw the same "frequently returned item" but received the $2.45 off (like OP mentioned) so will give this a try. Thanks!

I bought this item about 2 months ago and used it to Japan and back. It was very useful and the fabric is durable. I may use it for my domestic business trips, but it is rather large as a backpack. One thing that I don't like about this backpack is the strap in the back to attach it to your luggage handle is too low and can flip your whole luggage if the backpack starts to tilt. I've had to mount it horizontally and use the shoulder strap to secure it to the luggage handle.

I own the previous version of this bag. The exterior has held up great during years of plane travel. The interior dividers have frayed and split due to over-packing but besides that it's been great. I hope this updated version is even better. Although 1 thing I see that they did worse is the carry-on luggage strap, mentioned earlier. It's definitely much thinner than the older version so I can see the bag having a tendency to tip sideways when mounted.

The blue color was on sale $16. See the frequent return so not order it.

Bought one, returned it. It's too big to bring as a personal item for low cost carriers.
It's the size of a carry on bag = you'll have to pay to bring it.

Otherwise it looks like a great bag. Just wish it was a few inches shorter and more backpack-size.

For traveling I already have a jansport backpack. Would this be better option?

This is way bigger. It's a maximum allowed carry on size and the straps are robust

I bought one of these in 2017 and traveled all over the world with it. It did develop a little zipper issue after about 6 years of use. I was gonna fix it but then I had a run in with bed bugs and just tossed it in the trash and immediately bought another one. I think it's a great bag
