Only these serial numbers and model were impacted.

Model is BI-B41 in Black or Blue, and was purchased on Amazon USA between Aug 2021 and Apr 2022, and with Serial Number: "000G21","000H21","000I21","000L21".

If it's "cuz" 10k isn't enough, this product isn't for you as it's claim to fame is about being very slim.

Unless you create some new battery tech compared to what's currently consumer available, a 20k unit is going to be a fair amount larger and heavier than this.

Certain serial/model numbers...mine was not one of the recall items but it just failed (12/16/25) after being purchased in 02/25. Cannot recommend this product at all.

There was a recall for certain model/serial numbers. Mine was not one of them, but it just failed (12/16/25) after being purchased in February (02/25). Only ten months endurance. Cannot recommend buying this.

There was just a recall from a very similar model from this same brand. Be careful. I've reached out twice now on how to get refunded or what further instructions they have an I've get to receive a reply other than "Amazon got ahead of us and sent out the recall but we're not prepared to handle that yet" kind of reply.

These brands have wild claims too, twice the capacity for same size. But can't last a year or high fail rate.
Meanwhile I have a few banks lasting 5 to 10 years with modest claims and zero recalls.
You see a pattern here? Too good to be true with magic 2x battery bank

Does this have some kind of gauge that shows how much battery is left? Or is it that Paw looking thing?

The paw indicates percentage charge remaining, 20% per light

I bought one earlier this year from amazon, at $21, and later on one from Walmart for $16. Last week while on vacation one is failed. Got me very upset, reached out to customer service, they asked for a 30 second video and send me a replacement asap. I look at this way, all technology is going to break at some point, it is how the company handles the customer service, matters as well. So in this case, Iniu won me over without a doubt.
And while looking for receipt for customer service, I also realized the usb 3 cables I bought at 2021 and still using daily without any issues were also Iniu. So there is that as well.
On the other hand my Eufy cat fountain discontinued, and I can not buy filter for it any more, and after weeks of back and forth with them, all they offered me %15 discount on the full price items, which is the same discount if you register using a new email.

Sounds like it's writhing the warranty period. I have bought 2-3 of this brand, various models, and all are working great even after a couple years. Also, they issued a recall about a small number of a product from 4 years ago, while many brands would have disappeared by now, and never issued a recall. I can't recommend this brand enough.

It did not say to get rid of it, not if you bought it earlier this year. It was from a small batch from a few years ago. Read the whole thing before you start fear mongering.
