Seems like Panasonic is a sleeper in the TV game in this day. Do you recommend it?

This TV rocks. Just heavy with on built sound bar.

It looks like best natural picture and build quality on the market. Panel is LG

Is this any good? Don't have much positive experience with FireTV, but I guess I can always attach a chromecast.

What model of LG is this comparable with? Does it have the latest panel tech from LG? Brightness?

I debated over this vs the Samsung S90F EDU/EPP deal and ultimately went with Samsung for Q symphony. Back in the day my Panny plasmas were unparalled in picture quality, but they've been out of the TV game for so long, I was hesitant and didn't wanna deal with returning something that bulky.

To each their own......many people have returned the B5 for being too dim.

I wish you the best of luck, the last 3 Samsung TVs I've purchased all died within 3 years. I'll never buy another Samsung product, they're horrible and their support is even worse.
