I bought this a while ago and I thoroughly enjoyed the sound, comfort, and ANC. Only reason I return them was because they didn't get loud enough, transparency was okay and I found the JLab Epic Edition accomplished 90% while costing way less (on sale at least)

Purchased earlier this year because they were the only earbuds I could find that supported 3 devices in multipoint connection.

  1. On any Android phone, Enable Developer Mode. (Search for how.)
  2. Go into Developer settings from the Settings menu.
  3. Scroll down to Networking section
  4. Turn Disable Absolute Volume ON!!
VOILA! Now, you can adjust the Android volume slider in the quick tasks pull down menu (the one that appears when you slide from the top of the home screen down) Separately from the headphone's volume adjustment.
Start by turning the headphone volume all the way up, then the Android volume.
Yup!
Google sucks at making OSs that work correctly.
