Still working for me on a lapsed account (see attachment). Pretty sure it has never worked for new accounts.

Thanks so much for the response. I tried signing in from an old email asking me to come back and from the link on this page on two different old accounts. Even though the accounts had been on the premium plan, and I chose the premium plan, the checkout page showed the essential plan and I had to change the plan on the checkout page. Will try another account I haven't used in a long time. Do you sign in first and then put in the code? A step by step for dummies would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, I logged in, selected premium, then cut/paste the code into the promo code box and immediately saw the 99c price.

Thank you for your patience and replies. Finally got it to work by using a phone with cell service instead of my wifi. No idea if that was the reason. Clicked on the link here. Signed in. Choose the 13.99 plan and then pasted the promo code. Used a virtual card with a few dollars on it so if they try to charge full price next month it will not go through. Thanks again and will rep.

code is bg217m not bg2L7m. No capital letters for me but don't know if that makes a difference. Good luck

I still see this code as working on a lapsed account. When I put it in as all caps and apply, the cost updates to 99c. But when I open up the promo code box, it shows the code as lower case, so I don't think that part matters. If you have a different lapsed account, maybe try that.
