The TS23 has more power and throw. The TS22 is smaller (in both directions), more efficient, and floodier. (The body looks more like an SC33 than a TS23.)

I would say they are both good torches, with the Convoy being very customizable, and the Wurkkos having a more efficient driver and higher output/brightness.
