it's even more shocking that when i called eva air north america customer service, she claimed that this is not their code. i then asked her about the 12dayswitheva.com event that is hosted by their official north america IG, she said the website is 3rd party and they do not honor whatever they have going on on that website. it's pretty insane how little knowledge their customer service rep has, don't even know where to put in the promo code, pretty shocking.
