The Nike Vomero 18 comes across as a cushioned daily running shoe that feels soft without being overly mushy, with a fit that can run narrow for some feet. The shoe gets compared to a sturdier New Balance 1080 or a softer Brooks Ghost, and the black and grey colorway is described as subtle and slick. The main deal wrinkle is Foot Locker shipping, since free FLX shipping applies for some orders but fails on others, sometimes requiring a new account or filler items. At $75, it lands as a strong value for a well liked trainer.

  • people who want to buy the Nike Vomero 18 for a real running-shoe upgrade because commenters say the shoes are "really good," "good and comfortable," and one person calls them their "new favorite running shoes."

    luminmyatPrafulPatelmulligan

  • buyers who can get FLX free shipping to apply on their order because multiple commenters report that free shipping worked for them after signing up for FLX (and even double-checking their receipt).

    Dakine99chibd75

  • people whose Foot Locker FLX shipping didn't apply on an older account because commenters say signing out and creating a new Foot Locker account made the free-shipping offer work (as long as you can use a valid mobile number).

    Zig997tanookium

  • runners who already own a Vomero (like the orange pair) and are looking to add another colorway because one commenter says they "already have one vomero orange color" and bought the black/grey pair after trying it.

    luminmyat

  • FLX members who are relying on free shipping to automatically apply to an existing Foot Locker account because commenters report being charged shipping even after seeing multiple places that FLX would include free shipping.

    MrDealYoGurl

  • people who can't use a valid mobile number to create a new Foot Locker account because one commenter tried to make a new account but couldn't get it to work with a Google Voice number, so the free shipping didn't apply.

    cdiddy23

  • runners who need a wide fit because commenters note Nike narrowness and say they "need wide," implying the standard fit may not work for everyone.

Disappointing the free shipping doesn't apply. Attempted to make a new account but need a valid mobile number. G-voice number didn't work. Oh well

Tried these in store and loved them.... Not worth 155 but are a perfect deal at 75. Snagged one! Thanks!
is there a bulge in the middle to push against your arch or it's flat? is it super soft and plush? if you've tried skecher max cushion, how does it compare to that?

Looks like I was charged shipping. Took screenshots of the 9 different places saying I would get free shipping as an FLX member including my member info. Anyone had luck reaching out to chat after the order has been submitted and gotten them to take off the shipping cost?
Wonder if, intentionally or unintentionally, that's happening due to Dicks Sporting Goods having acquired Foot Locker.

All of this would depend entirely on your foot and preferences. For me it fits like a regular shoe with just enough softness. I don't wear skechers. sorry

These are my new favorite running shoes, I'm 5'10 260, though I need wide cause Nike narrowness. These are the first Nike that have worked for me in a long time, really like them. They feel like a sturdier NB 1080 or a softer Brooks Ghost to me, sweet spot.

Would foot locker stores honor these prices? Or you would have to order from their website?
