Looks like I was charged shipping. Took screenshots of the 9 different places saying I would get free shipping as an FLX member including my member info. Anyone had luck reaching out to chat after the order has been submitted and gotten them to take off the shipping cost?

I just added some filler items to get to $100 for free shipping. For some reason. Same happened with me and I was tired of trying to get it to accept the free shipping

Weird how this is happening for some folks. Went back to double check my receipt, but yeah did get free shipping.

I was able to sign up for FLX and get free shipping on the order. Nice deal on this shoe!

For those having issues having the free shipping apply, sign out of your account and create a new one. I was able to have the free FLX shipping apply upon creation and sign-in of new account.

I read somewhere that their system is ancient and you basically need to create a new account as old ones created in the past don't get the free shipping.
