I believe it's $10 for the PS5 deluxe edition upgrade so $20 is ok, the PS5 version has been $20 a few times already

Picked up the digital version on Xbox for $20 a month back. I'm about 30 hours in. Would recommend but also understand why some people call it "a delivery simulator". I'd say give it at least 3 hours and it starts adding in the more fun equipment and mechanics.

I remember that, it was only one time that it reached that price and it sold out extremely fast. I missed out, unfortunately...

I got it free on PC through epic game store last year. Great story, drags quite a bit, but I finished it. Not really a game I would replay.

I got this game for about $25 a month or two ago and sunk 120 hours into it. Worth it for that price I would say. I definitely liked it, it appeals to my process-based mindset, min-max, efficiency, etc. it does feel like it's training us to be delivery drivers for when e-commerce mega corporations take over the world lol. The story was bizarre… I never really understood what was going on even though I tried to follow it and not skip any cutscenes. I don't think it was worth it lol. Unless you're really into it the whole time I would recommend skipping them to get back to the gameplay, which is a lot of fun. Apologies to Kojima and the actors haha.

I may even play this again being disconnected from online to really appreciate the scenery and add to the isolated feel you are teased with at the beginning of the game which was really cool. It's not long into the game that other player's structures and supplies are everywhere which make navigating the map much easier. I am the type of gamer that likes to turn off mini maps and HUDs in open world games to immerse more and force myself to learn maps instead of just following lines and arrows so it is a preference decision.

Anyway, overall good price for a good game, pick the parts that you like and don't feel bad for zooming past stuff that doesn't appeal to you. Thanks for posting op!

Paid $10 three years ago form BestBuy. As for the game itself overall it wasn't super satisfying for me from a gameplay perspective. A lot of the moment-to-moment experience felt slow, repetitive, and sometimes just plain boring. That said, I can see why people love it there's a certain "lonely trek" mood that can be genuinely appealing when you're in the right headspace. The problem is that the game demands that headspace too often, and I wasn't always in the mood to crawl across another stretch of terrain managing balance and stamina like it's a full-time job. I didn't really dive into the deeper systems (building networks, optimizing routes, all the nitty-gritty), so a lot of mechanics stayed unfamiliar and I found myself dragging through it. After many hours, I caught myself thinking, "I cant wait for this to end" lol, which is not exactly the feeling you want from a game you're investing that much time into. But at the same time, I was committed, and I pushed through to the end anyway because I was genuinely curious about the story and how it would end.

Amazing game at an amazing price.
It was awesome getting to use items other people had left behind and even better when you leave your own items behind and start getting "likes" because other real world users are using them.
