For a room with a lot of light, you should be looking at QLED. OLED is for darker rooms.

B5 is fairly dim but it's a better TV than the S84. If you're just looking for a big tv around this price point I'd go with a TCL QM7.

weird how the s84 and s85 keep going lower and lower in price and then the s90 and s95 have just sat at the same prices for like 3 months.

Probably, but that isn't really the same since it's a previous year's model. I'd actually have been tempted on it, though, but supposedly there was a big leap in processing between the d and f models.

Too bad bets buy ran out of the 55s95d. I see that one in open box went all the way down to about $500. lol.
