PSA: you should loosen (de-tension) your click-type torque wrench to its lowest setting (not necessarily zero) when not in use for a while (weeks/months) to prevent the internal spring from weakening and losing calibration.

The last few brands I've had recommended <50% of max torque capacity.
This is cheap for a reason. If you watch a Youtube video on Husky torque wrench, it is usually off and not accurate. If you are DIY doing no engine work, and using this for torquing suspension parts (e.g. camber bolt on a strut or lower control arm). This is a good torque wrench. Limited life time warranty only applies to wrench breaking but does not apply to torque being off later down the road.
Do NOT use this torque wrench for anything below 30 ft/lbs. This wrench is not accurate. Increment on this torque wrench is 2ft/lbs as well. So it is already off and you won't be able to get accurate settings such as 191ft/lbs. You would have to rounded.

I own both of these, and they say to keep stored at the lowest marked value.
