I don't think it's 380 mg of sodium for two tablespoons of prepared gravy, that's for the dry mix.

It's a bit hard to find, but I believe you mix 1/4 cup of water per serving.

If that ratio is correct, it's 380 mg of sodium per 1/4 cup of prepared gravy.
