FYI, I tried ordering these last year and they were unable to fulfill my order. Each store only has a few of the wood blocks at a time and they told me they ran out. I was waiting for weeks (after xmas) for them to print them and they never did. I also read reviews that YMMV on quality -- it all comes down to the skill of the people who work at your local Walgreens in assembling/gluing them together.

Very difficult to create. None of my pictures would work in the template, I eventually just gave up🫤

Placed an order late last night and just got the notification that they are ready now (8:30am). Got 2x as gifts and 1 for us. Used a desktop to setup the photos and I found the interface/template relatively easy to fit my photos into. Don't expect it to fit an entire iPhone photo in a 2x2 format, but you can zoom in the interface to take portions of the photo (i.e. individual people in the photos).
