Great deal, I got it PMed at Lowe's on BF but they sent the older Type 1 instead. Took it to my local store and they allowed me to exchange it for the Type 2, no questions. The packaging is different for the two versions so you don't have to open it to check. The newer ones have the big XR logo printed in the top right.

Was unable to get it price matched multiple times at Lowes during the BF sale, so YMMV

When I go to check out, I select "ship to home" and enter all my info (I'm in CA) and then scroll to the bottom where it says "shipping methods" it only allows me to select store inventory.

How do you get them to ship it?

This is what I see, at the bottom, after selecting ship to home:

I am on PC.... I am not sure if that affects it. I am definitely able to place the order. The next screen asks for payment info and has a place order button.

I am in IL... do you have any stores near you? My closest is over 100+ miles away in MI but it seems I'm able to ship to my home.

Thanks for the details! Closest store to me is FAR (Idaho I think) so that may be an issue.

I paid slightly more but after the first couple times I used this thing, I wished I had bought it far sooner instead of waiting for a slick deal; and it's still as good as new after nearly two years of frequent use. Both the auto-stop compressor and the inflator/deflator functions work flawlessly, battery life is surprisingly good, hose and 12V cord storage are far better designs than any other portable/12V compressor I've used...it's a great tool and this is a bargain price.
