I've used these for about ten years, and they're fantastic. Unfortunately, at some point, they went from 28oz to 20oz as they "updated" the model. I still recommend them for small/medium eaters.

How do you use this? I got one for Christmas last year and it takes so long to get warm.

The one I currently use is one of the old models, and it gets really hot. I plug it in when I arrive at work and food is always at least 165° 3 hours later. Most times, I have to let it cool down before eating. I have a newer one in a box when I caught a sale at $17 but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe the new ones suck?

I have been using one for about 6 months. Hard to get a seal sometimes so will heat up correctly. BUT I like it a lot. keeps at the right temp, My lunch time is hit or miss by sometimes an hour late. Don't have to fight for the microwave at lunch or clean the microwave after heating. Never burn stuff. Just plug it in when get to work and come back later. I may stir it once or twice if reheating something frozen.
