They do. The 8700G has possibly the most powerful iGPU of any socketable CPU currently available. The soldered Strix Halo and Apple stuff is more powerful, but this is as good as it gets for a desktop build in a standard motherboard without a dGPU.

Oh, I didn't see a graphics engine in the description, which i thought was odd.
So, the APPLE stuff is soldered to the board? That would figure.

Both are beyond soldered to the board. They're part of the CPU package (meaning under the same heat spreader). Yeah, that means they're not replaceable or upgradeable, but they're faster performance and lower wattage/heat than if the exact same part was socketed to connect to the CPU.
When I said soldered, I meant the whole CPU is hard attached to the motherboard with Strix Halo and Apple M series (just like most laptops have been for decades). There's no socket to upgrade the CPU years down the road. Some people seem to do that, but in over 25 years of building my own systems, I've never once upgraded a CPU on the same motherboard. I just build a whole new system. And after the first assembly I've almost never upgraded or changed the RAM configuration. The closest I've gotten with a CPU is putting a lesser CPU into a system while waiting for an RMA last year.

It's pretty sad. The good thing about the old apus was they were all in the $100 range and they still outperformed igpus. They also paired well In crossfire with cheaper gpus. I had a computer in the 2010s that could do decent video rendering with the combined weight of the apu and the crossfire setup. It also did really well with 720p gaming... But this is a $300 chip. Same price territory as 9700x or 7800x...and yes those require gpus...but an arc card will smoke this at under $200
