I bought two of these from different sellers that look the exact same (the first one died so I tried another because my kid loved it). It's junk. Both of them ended up in a boot loop issue after a few days. It is basically a cheap android phone running android lollipop (Android 5.0). When this thing went into boot loop I tried going into recovery to see if I could fix it but the buttons don't allow you to navigate the menus. I would save your money and your kid's future disappointment.
