As per Cheapshark, PC lowest cost is currently $21 for regular and $80 for deluxe (also only $20 for deluxe upgrade, so really $41?). Decent price for this even if it's discounted generally.

I didn't expect much from it since I know and tracked the number of people leaving Bioware in a span of 2 years before its release. Bioware is a shadow of its own name after all the people left EA. I'm looking at Fate of the Old Republic with cautious optimism but with very low expectations.

Honest question. I've never played any Dragon Age game and never even knew this one existed till now, but upon looking it up it seems like a pretty high profile recent release with good reviews. Why is the price so low and the consensus here that it's so bad?
