They are clearly silver in color (aka chrome plated), so 100% they wouldn't be impact rated. I myself have never seen any chrome impact rated sockets, only black chrome moly or similar material

I got them in the mail yesterday, and it is a nice assortment of various socket bits. Likely meant for industrial mechanics, NOT your typical garage tinkering dad. Lots of female sockets that I myself have never had to deal with my my lifetime (I'm not an industrial technician), but they are a nice set of various socket bits to cover a range of female socket heads
