The KWS MS-10XT (10", 320w, ~$400) meat slicer is a very popular model often recommended for thinly slicing frozen beef or lamb (most frequently comes up in hot pot discussions).

There are variations at the link but the Teflon coated blade version is typically recommended due to the thin slices (& the price differential is minimal).

I own one and can recommend it. I use it for cutting meat slices for hot pot. Certainly pricier than low end units, but the lower end slicers either will not do frozen meat (at all or well) or the units will not survive many such uses.
