This is kind of a disappointing finale for their sale. Not that it's a bad deal, just that so many people already have it. I don't know what I was hoping for, but it wasn't this.

I picked up these movies as part of the Microsoft Rewards promotion. In the end this comes out to about $4 bucks per movie....can't really complain at that price.

Yeah, like I said, the price isn't bad. And the movies are good. For those in the market for these, it's a good deal.

You didn't need to confirm they were 4K. Lol. When Apple carries a movie in 4K, you can't get it in any lower format. Apple isn't like other platforms that charge different amounts for different formats. It's pretty common knowledge.

other than netflix that charge different price for different formats, are there any other besides netflix? I know amazon prime video also do not differentiate...

On PC, you can download the Apple TV app. Or you can use a streaming device (or maybe your smart TV?) to load the Apple TV app. Either will allow you to go to their internal store and purchase.

Also, from the app's settings, make sure you set preferences to allow for the highest resolution content available.
