Obviously lead with the item is available for purchase at your local store, which should be enough as it even gives a specific quantity, but the online price match policy steps two indicates that the offer can be ad-based, which would be impossible to order through. You can't order from an advertisement alone. So them telling you that it has to be orderable online or for pick up does not reflect their written policy step two.
