WARNING ABOUT WOOT!: yo, bait and switch, they shipped the wrong color because they have excess of ugly color, they're trying to get rid of the ***ugliest, yam-baby-diaper orange with brown discolorations colored coats with HIDEOUS, MICHELLIN MAN TIRE POOF AROUND MIDDLE.** I got this an hour ago, but the automated return process stated I am no longer able to return it. I emailed. There's no chat or phone available, email and reply in 24-48 hours is the only system. I'm rethinking Woot! because the prices aren't great anymore and the quality of same items on Amazon at more or less same price makes the lack of CS and review/ratings system on Woot! not worth it. I will update with any progress I make. Also, this is super lightweight and delicate, kind of like a thick but fragile hoodie. I live in NYC and this thing is gonna snag on everything like old nylons trying to climb a barbed wire fence.

Your question is valid, got it today, its flimsy, and Woot sent the wrong color/hideous yam-baby-diaper orange with brown discoloration and terrible fit, instead of charcoal. These may be factory 2nds because I don't believe this coat could get the decent reviews its got on Amazon. The return process involves emailing and then waiting to hear back 24-48 hours and then you return and you might be refunded in a week or more. Not worth it.

Woot has refunded all of my recent defective or damaged orders and told me to keep it, so I came out OK on several items. My orders weren't very expensive so likely it wouldn't have been worth return postage & restocking. It does take several days to get a response from them, all done by email.
It's a very YMMV site now with lots of junk.

Hi, thank you for your reply and experience! Glad you've had good experiences, but they don't include "wrong item" in the limited dropdown so I chose "damaged". I've been buying from Woot for a long time and returns for defective items were a lot easier to process in past.
The return/refund process now involves a request by email to just even hear back from them. No guarantee they approve the request. Way too many hurdles and waiting for a few days or up to a week or more just for them to read the email request, plus having to wait another few days or week plus if they approve is too much time-effort-wasting since they began selling defective junk. It's definitely spinning the roulette wheel now, but for me the return/refund roulette wheel is broken 💔⛓️ 💥🎰🎲due to high possibility the item is junk or defective and the hurdles for email return/refund. Bait switch color baby diaper yam orange puffer coat factory seconds overstock broke me of my Wooting. 🤣💔😁
