Lol some of the pictures shows people with their head fully off like the chair is too small. They must be reusing the listing with their old chair or something.

Look at the promo image showing the chair next to a silhouette. It looks pretty small. Some of the customer images look fine and others it looks like a kids chair. I really don't know.

The height dimension of "13.7 inches" I have no idea how to interpret. My current chair has a back of about 29" and it's not huge.

I'm going to assume the seating surface height is 13.7 inches lifted off the ground. Why some pictures are so small while others are full sized -- for what is nominally the same product -- I couldn't say. It's Amazon. Worth rolling the dice, as they will take it back without issue.
