Bought buds 2 pro. After a year , the left ear bud charges less compared to right one. Annoying

Have you tried non-Galaxy earbuds? Samsung ANC is mediocre at best.

I kept getting $139 through the website using 2 different EPP programs. I then opened the Shop Samsung app on my phone and it showed $109 there. FYI - in case anyone else was having problems.

I haven't because I've always gotten really good deals on Galaxy buds using EPP/edu and trade ins, it made it not worth it to pay extra for the competitors. Can you recommend a model that competes with the GB3Pros for this price or less?

I actually had this issue twice. If you wiggled it around gentle in the case, it would eventually charge. You had to place it very gently so it would charge correctly. Both times it fixed itself. Very weird and indeed very annoying.

I would say the Nothing Ear which is actually cheaper right now. The Bud 3 Pros just can't compete on the high-end with the likes of Sony, Bose, and Technics which is why they're consistently discounted.

I can confirm his app tip. On browser, it's only showing $136 for me (with EPP and added to cart), but on the Shop Samsung app, it's $110.

Note that selecting trade-in brings price back up to $250 or whatever and they're not currently giving much value for trade-ins (max is $40 for GB2P) so don't bother with trade-in.

I can't replicate it. It's always $135. I think this is a targeted promo.

How do you get it to be picked up at best buy? It shows available for shipping and best buy but when I try tk pay it only ships

It gave me the option of in store pickup or delivery for. Once you hit select store and enter your zip code. It should show you the store available in your area for pickup.

Sorry, I don't know what to tell you. Confused It definitely shows as $110 in my Samsung Shop app. Do you own and are you using a Samsung device with the Samsung Shop app? I have a Samsung phone and am using it to bring up the GB3P in the app.
