You can tell how good this game is when they sold it for $5 and still have copies in stock.

They can't figure out what to price it! I'm kind of a sucker for it at $5 although unless I LOVE Dragon Age 3 I don't know if I will ever play it.

To be clear, Thedas is an imaginary world on which you accept the existence of the Fade, the Veil, Old Gods/Dragons/Archdemons, Elves, Dwarves, Lyrium, Ogres, Werewolves, Griffons, Magic, Templar, grey wardens, wraiths, zombies, Golems, and Kossith.
HOWEVER, you find it completely unrealistic that a member of an imaginary race of huge, horned humanoids, whose profession is "dragon hunter" - a very realistic detail indeed - may be gender fluid in any way.
And it is everyone else who is bringing ideology into the conversation. Not you. Because, like magic, it's just hard science.
