I bought a Samsung S90F, but it's a bit too big for my room. I think 48" would be better, but how big of a downgrade would this B5 be?

Went to BB yesterday and they had a bunch of these TVs for sale. But I didn't see any in the display area. I think I'll get a 55" TV instead for around the same price like a hisense qd7 the next time it's on sale.

Bought it last month at the same price. Used the pay in 4 PayPal promo for another $110 off. Supposed to get another 10% off from a link through site, time will tell on that one.

In a Bright room the S90f is significantly better due to being able to get brighter / better reflection handling.

I suspect a bedroom has blinds / drapes to control how much light can get in the room. If so, the B5 will do very well and has Dolby vision unlike the Samsung. LG doesnt have HDR10+ but it isn't implemented nearly as much as Dolby vision.

Dolby Vision is prevalent on Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, and 4K Blu-rays. HDR10+ is adopted by Amazon prime.

It's not as bright as the Samsung, and it has Dolby Vision, which the Samsung does not - that's the main difference. It'll be like 20% less bright.

In 5 or 6 years, then? The BB I went to the other day had an open box one of these with all accessories for $450

It's been as low as $500 this year. I bet by this time this year you will see a few $400 ones on sale. Somehow TVs are the one thing that manage to get cheaper and cheaper.
