For 3 kids, I'd say buy the 100 credit pass for 2 months at 69.99 and use the remainder to pay for the adventure pass (if your kids are small enough) or a pizza. CeC will split the 100 credits across 3 cards to let the kids play. You can literally go DAILY to spend credits. I have the 40 credit pass and go 2x per week alone during my lunch just to harvest tickets so when i take the kid we can splurge.
DO NOT buy the monthly subscription unless you are prepared to pay for a full year. They do the planet fitness style lock in. You also cannot use the GC for the annual membership that is billed monthly.

Jokes aside, if you want to watch a YouTube documentary that has no business being as interesting as it is, "The Rise & Fall of Showbiz Pizza Place & Chuck E. Cheese Pizza Time Theatre" was actually pretty decent.
