Wellbots are scammers, I ordered the mova from them and cancelled it 2 days before it even shipped out and they said they were not able to cancel the order. They said to refuse the order when it comes but there will be a 10% restocking fee since it was not defective. I said I will not be home during the day of the delivery to refuse it. They said no problem, we will issues a return label and they will deduct it from my refund. So basically they wanted to charge me for the return shipping and 10% for restocking.
I told them I would contact BBB, attorney General, and ftc regarding their shady business practice and what do you know? They changed their tone real quick and decided to give me a full refund!

Fwiw I ordered from them from a previous P10 deal and didn't run into issues. On their site it does say they charge a restocking fee so idk I wouldn't call them scammers for that reason. They do call it out in their policy.
