Good deal honestly just make sure whatever you're doing doesn't require more VRAM. Not amazing though. You can get open box 5060s at Microcenter cheaper.

if this was around $200, I would bite and get my daughter the card. I paid $150 for my 3070ti May 2024. Thought it was a scam at that price, I should have a bought a few of them.

Ugh. I got the 5060ti from Walmart deal last night. Is 5060ti 16gb worth $369 price tag...comes out to be $119 more?

Go intel arc b570/580 vs this. These lower end cards are not worth it (5050/5060). 5060Ti is the lowest that would be worth it with invidia (on sale)

If I get this card, anyone has suggestion for the remaining box - PSU, CPU, Motherboard, Case, Memory etc? I am working within a budget of 3-400 for the remaining parts.

In the current market, check your local marketplace to see if you can get lucky and score a used AM4 build.
