Good deal -- anyone know if the AK-R1 Accessory Kit that Adorama sells (https://www.adorama.com/fplfevrhak.html) is the same kit that comes with the AD100 bundle that doesn't seem to be discounted (listed for $299 compared to the $169 price for this deal)?
Does either the AD100 or the V1 Pro need the S-R2 Round Head Adapter (https://www.adorama.com/fplfxsr2.html) in order to make the accessories work?

This is a great deal. I picked up the Flashpoint 300 Pro TTL R2 from Adorama when it was on sale a few weeks ago (for about the same price) and used it just last night. Great strobe for that price as it strikes a nice balance between compact/lightweight and power.
