Tried using the BOGO40 code. Continually only applies it to the "Shipping protection" (which costs a dollar) add-on rather than an item (which costs around $20).

A "shipping protection" add-on shouldn't be what is collecting the discount.

No amount of adjusting with numbers of items in the cart to try to ensure that the lowest priced actual item gets a discount (or "the" discount if only with two items) has worked to adjust this.

Deterring me from ordering.
