I don't know where you get the idea high endurance cards are only rated for 25% more writes but I'm fairly confident the number is far higher. Regular SD cards don't usually even advertise these numbers. BTW, using a regular card in a security/dashcam will almost always void the warranty.

Please don't try to dissuade people from buying high endurance cards for their intended purpose. Many people have found out the hard way that regular cards can't be trusted for security/dashcam use. It's not uncommon for the card to appear to be working properly, only for the user to discover it has failed when they try to get data off it.
I don't know where you get the idea high endurance cards are only rated for 25% more writes but I'm fairly confident the number is far higher. Regular SD cards don't usually even advertise these numbers. BTW, using a regular card in a security/dashcam will almost always void the warranty.
