Update--oddly enough I was able to add the HOLIDAYCHARGE5DU code twice; no I'm not hallucinating or mistaken--I had $20 remaining in my EVgo account, then after adding HOLIDAYCHARGE5DU, HOLIDAYCHARGE10DR, WINTERDRIVE5DU, then HOLIDAYCHARGE5DU a second time, my balance is now sitting at $45. And in case anyone was thinking about trying it--my attempt to add HOLIDAYCHARGE5DU a third time was unsuccessful. ;-)

Yes, the adapter in the first link is what I've. Just looked and they only have one NACS adapter out of several, most of them are in maintenance, I wonder why and they're 7.2kw. Won't be able to use the credits.

First rule of Slickdeals, never call! These codes have been great for tons of us, don't ruin it!
On the map, just below the north arrow there's an option, click that and it will show the charger types, I deselect CCS and CHAdeMO and screen goes almost blank as there are very limited NACS and J1772 options. Looks like EVgo is not Tesla friendly.
