I've never heard of this type of pain relief treatment and I'm very curious to know if anyone really knows if it works. I have fibromyalgia, 2 pinched nerves in my neck and other stuff and if you know then you know that it's hell... If anyone has purchased this or anything like this could you please let me know if I should give this a try to help with my pain relief... Thanks in advance for any responses.. Happy Holidays..

Works great for muscle and nerve pain but get a regular tens/ems unit. make sure the pads are snap on, not pigtail. brand doesn't matter, they are all the same. normal price is $20-$30

I also have fibro and other stuff from chronic Lyme so I'm sorry to hear about yours. I've had limited success with a TENS unit, but it can help.

Some of my best tools are a heating pad, percussion massager, light exercise bands just to move a bit, and an acupressure mat like this one: https://a.co/d/4wrTbWN
It can feel like torture getting off of it with bare skin, but the pain relief is real. It really does palpably send a flood of blood and endorphins to your muscles.

I'm assuming you also have CFS. Have you heard of PEM (Post Exertional Malaise)? I recently found that there's a name for all my complicated and confusing fibro/CFS symptoms. It's not in your head! Hang in there!! 👍
