Google will price match amazon coupon. Had to call them to talk to someone and got them to price match. Chatting was not helpful since the agent was dense.
lots of reviews say the 9 is very similar to 10 and the 10 has a few issues no?
Is the Pixel 10 Pro worth an extra $150 over the regular Pixel 10?
Community Reviews
The Pixel 10 stands out as a solid step up for usability, with better screen brightness, cooler running, and fewer heat or power issues than the Pixel 9. The new design, Pixel Snap, and last year's flagship level specs make it feel more polished, and the 256GB option helps if storage is tight. The main caveat is that the 9 to 10 jump does not feel dramatic, especially for Pixel 9 owners, and some better-priced alternatives or trade in deals are available through Google, Visible, or Mint. A practical pick if the added refinements matter more than raw upgrade size.
Pixel 9 owners who want a reliability-focused upgrade, because the Pixel 10 runs cooler and can reduce overheating and power draw issues.
Heavy photo and app users who keep filling storage, because the 256GB model gives more room and can make the upgrade feel worthwhile.
Buyers who want a brighter screen for outdoor use, because the Pixel 10 has better screen brightness.
People who want a current flagship feel without paying full flagship pricing, because the Pixel 10 is described as matching last year's top-tier specs with new cameras and Pixel Snap.
Pixel 9 owners expecting a dramatic jump in everyday performance, because the 9-to-10 upgrade is described as bringing no significant changes.
People who need a physical SIM slot, because the Pixel 10 line no longer includes one.
Buyers counting on a trade-in to close the gap, because Amazon trade-in values can run about $100 lower than Google's.
Shoppers who want to avoid extra service commitments, because one alternative Pixel 10 Pro XL offer requires adding a year of mobile service.

I don't like the Pixel 9 battery life.
