This is a GREAT light, I gifted them to all my family members last year and they love them.
As always when ordering from Sofirn, check for any accessories before you purchase. I usually add a diffuser and magnetic tailcap, however the SC13 comes with a magnetic rear.

Really, just depends on what size/features you want. I'd start with the SC18 as good all around value. SC13*, SR20MINI, and IF23 are more specialty lights and SC33 is a more powered up EDC at more than 2x the cost of the SC18.
*No, I would not consider the SC13 for general use. It's more of a compact (AA size) light for your pocket with extra multicolor effect leds added in. I do have one, but use the more common 18650 size SC18 much more often.
