Could do worse, the 5060 Ti can manage 4K gaming already so it's fairly future-proof

This is the one I got. Bought it for a present. First I bought the Alienware but that one only had a 5060 TI 8 gig this one has 16 so it seems like a more solid offer and the price was better

Good specs, good cooling and non-proprietary parts. What is not to love?

FTR, I got a Skytech branded PC with a 1070ti from Walmart 7 years ago and it's still going strong.
(I had to replace several fans in the case, but that was due to the bad dust issues we have where I live. I've also upped my maintence routine since then)

Yeah this is a good deal. I tried to build one out with similar specs, and this was just a bit cheaper.

I've fallen behind the times.

Is the 7800 the sweet spot VS the 9800 for price to performance? Is this a well matched GPU for a 7800 and what GPU do those in the know recommend for the 9800? TIA!

Not sure about the combo but the 7800 is much cheaper, for slightly worse performance compared to the 9800. So u less you need cutting edge, the 7800 should do fine.

Yes, especially with ram prices. If I needed a PC I'd jump on this.

Can't believe this was $1099 just last month, waiting for Blackfriday may have been the worst decision to buy a pc
