But When I clicked on first instruction - Click here [amazon.com] to activate 15% Off Coupon, window opened up for S & S and then I came back to this window and clicked image to open up another Amazon window and then selected S &S and applied 35%, below final price came up.

When I clicked the link for step #1, I get a Slickdeals search query result; not an Amazon coupon page.
On the product page, I see nothing for 15% off or 30% off.
What am I missing?
Edit: now I can click the first step and be taken to Amazon, but it says the promotion is not currently running.
