As someone who has over a dozen of these in my house, I would suggest anyone interested in going Lutron Caseta consider going with the newer style of the dimmer switch over these. These work, but they are hard to adjust in the dark and do not have memory for their last on state.

Conversely I prefer the original by far. It's one click for max brightness whereas it's not for the "newer" style unless you leave the dimmer physically higher. I think it's an inferior design but a necessary one for those who aren't replacing all their flat switches so to make them match these make sense. If replacing all I much prefer the original.

Thanks, which newer style dimmer switch do you suggest?

That's an interesting, and uncommon perspective. The new ones behave like classic slider switches with the ability to set the preferred dim level so you just have to turn it on/off and you default to what you want. Prefer a different brightness? You can adjust it immediately with the slider rather than wait while you hold down the up/down button for it to get to where you need it?

On the classic style, if you prefer a middle dim level by default, you have to either go super bright and dim down, or hope you feel for the right little triangle button and wait for it to progress from darkness to where you want it. It's my biggest annoyance.

On the new ones, if you want full brightness but don't want to adjust the slider - which it sounds like you prefer - you just double tap the on button and it's fully bright. It's way more functional from my point of view.

The style here are the legacy ones that they've had for many years. They changed the design because of common user complaints to the newer style:
