Bought this mouse three years ago. Started to get my mouse pointer intermittently stuck. Mouse is basically unusable and customer support was not helpful. Would not recommend this model or company

Mee too. After just 1 and a half year it started getting wonky and i had to plug in all the time. Razer is no longer a good brand for mouse.

Same problem, it is not working after a couple of months, I purchased g502 later, so far so good.

How does it compare to the g502? I just bought a g502 because my Basilisk Hyperspeed keeps randomly dying on me and while I'm liking it so far I find that the scroll wheel is just horrendous. The ratchet setting is super clunky and hitting the scroll wheel button takes a lot of force while the lighter setting is way too sensitive to actually be used at all.

Yep that's just the life cycle of razer mice. They are only designed to last 1 to 3 years. Every single razer and Logitech mouse I have had were the same.

You're saying even Logitech mouse lasts only 3 years? My mx master 3s has lasted me 4 years so far and is still going strong. I'm thinking of getting this one for home use while moving my mx master to office use since my office mouse (cheap mouse from the office) is getting annoying to use. But others' comments makes me thing twice and just consider getting another mx master

Razer breaks often and customer service is trash.

Both me and my son uses G502, he is playing geometry dash extreme demon level, he thinks it is very good.
