In the "Features" section on the Best Buy product page, as well as on the manufacturer product page. After some research, it looks like there's a discrepancy. I went ahead and changed it to 400F. Thanks for the heads up!

We had a 6 quart, moved to an 8 quart for more room. From what I can tell the basket doesn't look bigger, just deeper
