Save your money. These things are junk. They develop stick drift super quickly.

Additionally, the V1 originally came out back in 2017. The V2 released in 2021 with minor changes (smoother thumbsticks, better grips, magnetic d-pad face for customization), but they still kept the antiquated MicroUSB connector.

These are old controllers that have been sitting for years. Spend $10 more, get an 8bitdo Ultimate 2c, and have zero regrets.

Returned it due to a very musty foul smell box and controller itself.. it also felt cheap and better off with 8bitdo like others suggested

I was thinking the same thing. It looks like the old cheap knockoff 360 controllers that turned into the little brother controller.

Whoa, why would MSI tarnish their brand image with this junk of a product - looks like cheap plastic, rough edges and no hall-effect sensors?
The cheapest Gamesir controller I bought (Nova Lite) looks much more refined and comes with Hall-effect Sticks and triggers. They've already released XBox compatible ones and about to release MFi certified ones too.

I recomend spending a little more for a GuliKit KK3 Max - works on Switch 2 flawlessly.

I purchased and returned the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro at $150 because this one does it all at $27.

The GuliKit KK3 Max includes "Elite" level features—like back paddles, Hall Effect tech, and wide platform support at a bargain price.

I got the KK2 because I hated the Switch joycons and it's great. Plus switching between the Steam Deck and the Switch is so easy.

That costs $80 and is bad, loads of reports it break in the first few weeks or a couple months at most, the $27 is not the MAX version with back triggers etc BTW

That's why held out from buying it when another slickdeal member posted them going on sale for $15 on NewEgg before BF: https://slickdeals.net/f/18810427-starts-nov-20-msi-force-gc30v2-wireless-gaming-controller-pc-android-15-1-shipping?p=180194578#post180194578

This looks so much like the old XBox 360 controller.

To be fair, they redeemed themselves with the Street Fighter 4 arcade sticks that were excellent.
